Rudder match reaming and deburing!

So I started out tonight with match reaming about 217 holes per side.  I was careful to ream the trailing edge holes perpendicular to the cord of the rudder and not the skin per the directions.  I built my large RV-7 rudder like this one on the trailing edge and it came out great.  Hopefully I can repeat that performance.  Side one done!

Side two done.  To match ream these you have to remove the cleco's one at a time, ream the hole and then replace the cleco.  Rinse and repeat a bunch of times :)

Then you get to remove all of the cleco's and deburr every edge and every hole on both sides!

Got thru everything but the skins tonight.
